Our subscription plans offer you the flexibility to manage your education and finances effectively. Whether you’re balancing work, family, or other commitments, these plans ensure you can keep up with your studies without the stress of a large upfront payment.
Frequently Asked questions (FAQs)
1. What does my subscription include?
Full access to all courses in the selected bundle, including concise online video lectures covering the full UNISA syllabus, and exam prep videos on past papers. Each video is 5-10 minutes long, ensuring they’re to the point and easy to understand.
2. How does the payment process work?
Payments are made via credit card through PayFast and are automatically deducted in advance on the same day each month. If you enrol on the 15th of the month, your next payment will go off on the 15th of the next month.
3. What if I miss a payment?
Your access to the subscription will be temporarily suspended and you will be sent a reminder to make the payment. Once the proof of payment has been received, your access will be reactivated. After 7 days your subscription will be cancelled and you will have to subscribe at the higher monthly fee.
4. Can I switch to an outright purchase of a bundle later?
Yes, payments made until that point will be credited towards the outright purchase price of the bundle. Contact us at info@tabaldi.org for assistance.
5. How do I cancel my subscription?
Email us at info@tabaldi.org at least 2 business days before your next payment date. There are no penalties, but rejoining might be more expensive as the monthly fee increases.
6. Is there a minimum commitment period?
No, you can cancel anytime. However, you will have to rejoin at the higher monthly fee applicable at the time.
7. WILL THE subscription fee change during the year?
Yes. The monthly fee will go up each month as you get closer to the exams so that the total fees paid will stay more or less the same. The earlier you sign up, the lower the monthly fee will be. The proposed monthly subscription fees for 2026 will be (please note that these are subject to change):
Jan 2026: R1 300 per month
Feb 2026: R1 400 per month
Mar 2026: R1 500 per month
Apr 2026: R1 600 per month
May 2026: R1 700 per month
Jun 2026: R1 800 per month
Jul 2026: R2 000 per month
Aug 2026 onwards: R2 500 per month
Please note that these fees might change without notice. Don’t worry, once you’ve signed up your fee will stay the same until you cancel.
8. How does the subscription compare in cost to outright purchase?
The outright purchase is more economical long-term but the subscription will be easier on your cash flows.
9. What support and resources are available for subscription students?
Subscription students have the same access and support as those who purchase courses outright.
